The Barn of the Holiday House Santa Caterina
Rural Accommodation in Sobrestany, Empordà, Costa Brava
The former barn of 145 m² is a simple stone building that combines comfort and proximity to nature. Upstairs there is a double bedroom with a private bathroom, on the ground floor another double bedroom with bunk beds and another shower room. On the mezzanine, a sofa bed can accommodate two additional guests. On the ground floor, there is an open kitchen with direct access to the private terrace, which leads to the shared garden with a pool. The barn also has a large entrance hall where bicycles (rented) can be stored.
From the terrace, you can access the enclosed communal garden. This is shared, including the pool, with the residents of the Masia. However, since the Masia is usually only rented out in the summer and we only live there on weekends in the winter, life in the barn is mostly quiet.
If necessary, both accommodations can be rented together, making the Santa Catarina estate an ideal place for meetings and seminars.
The Barn
The barn is a building of 145 square meters with the following spaces:

- Bedroom 2 (Ground Floor): Bunk bed
- Sleeping Area 3 (Upper Floor, Mezzanine): Sofa bed, extra bed
- Bathroom 1 (Upper Floor): Shower

- Living Room (Ground Floor): Fully equipped kitchen, dining area with large table, living area with sofa
- Terrace (Ground Floor - Garden): Terrace with garden furniture and barbecue, direct access from the living room
- Garden: shared with the guests of the Masia
- Pool: shared pool of 15 cubic meters
The barn has a private terrace overlooking the garden. If the house is occupied at the same time, the pool will be shared.
